Terms + Conditions
These terms and conditions are set in place to ensure that N³ | Naturally Nourished Nails is operated effectively, as to provide all clients with quality services in a timely manner, along with fabulous customer service. I love happy nail clients, and my goal is to keep you all that way! If you have any questions or concerns with the following, please do not hesitate to email me and I will gladly respond within 1-3 business days. As always, I look forward to seeing you and helping you achieve your healthy nail goals.
Arrival Time
In order to have the best experience, I invite clients to arrive 10 minutes early for bookings to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, use the bathroom, grab a bottle of water or a cup of coffee, go over the process (for first-timers), discuss nail designs and/or repairs, and choose from the vast range of colors available. As a courtesy to all my clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not always be honored. You accept that services begun late will be shortened in consideration of the next client (please see ‘Late Policy’ below).
Booking Fee
I am a one-woman show, and, unfortunately, I’ve had to experience too many clients bail on me at the very last minute, sometimes without even notifying me at all. Not only is this inconsiderate to my clients who do respect my time and value my services, but some people just don’t quite grasp that no-shows and last minute cancellations also result in revenue losses. Therefore, as like most health & beauty service businesses, I have implemented a required, but completely refundable, booking fee. This small fee is to incentivize clients to show up, be on time or cancel/reschedule within a reasonable amount of time.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment no less than 48 hours (2 business days) prior to the date you scheduled your appointment for. If you cancel less than 48 hours (2 business days), you forfeit your booking fee and/or any promotional/gift offers and/or vouchers. You must email to cancel your appointment; text messages, phone calls and/or voicemail messages are not acceptable forms to cancel.
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than ten minutes late for their appointments will risk losing their appointment and forfeit their booking fee. Please note in the event of a late arrival, your full service may not be able to be carried out, in consideration of the next client; however you may be charged for the full value of the service that was made at the time of booking.
Premium Hours
I understand that at times clients, due to their hectic schedules, are unable to book appointments during opening hours. If available, I can accommodate those who need to book an appointment during closed hours for an additional fee of $39. Please inquire, as you will not be able to schedule premium hours through the booking system.
Promotional/Gift Offers and/or Vouchers
If paying with a promo/gift offer and/or voucher you must either enter your promo code or give details at the time of booking in the ‘Notes‘ field. Promo/gift offers and/or vouchers must be presented upon arrival for the booked service. Failure to attend an appointment (a.k.a No-Shows) will result in full or partial payment for your visit to be deducted from your promo/gift offer and/or voucher. However, upon certain circumstances, the remaining balance may be honored for future use.
N³ | Naturally Nourished Nails will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged promo/gift vouchers.
Promo/gift offers and/or vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. Change will not be given, but the balance will remain on the voucher until its expiration date.
Newsletter Subscription
When you book your appointment online, the email provided will be added to my newsletter subscription. You may opt out at anytime by clicking the link in any newsletter that you receive.
Lost Property
Please look after your property while at N³ | Naturally Nourished Nails, you are fully responsible of any unattended items. Please make sure you have all of your belongings prior to leaving.
Nail Guarantee + Aftercare Service
In the event you chip or lose shine on any of your nails within three days, please report this with a photo to [ info @ n3nails.com ] and you will receive a free touch-up on the affected nail(s) within seven days (must be able to schedule touch-up appointment within this timeframe). Anything outside this period will have a small fee. *excludes non-gel manicures
Privacy
Rest assured that your privacy is important to me, and I am committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information I collect from you. I do not share any of your personal information with any third party organizations and I abide by the principles of the United States Privacy Act.
Photo Usage Rights
If you agree to allowing me to take photos of your hands and/or feet, you grant me full rights to use and publish such photos online or on any printed design collateral, strictly for the use under my brand N³ | Naturally Nourished Nails.
Refunds
All purchases are final. No exchanges or refunds.
Promotions
Various promotional offers are run throughout the year, date and time restrictions may apply. Offers may not be used in conjunction with each other.
The Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse services; disrespect and rudeness will not be tolerated.
